There are multiple pathways to lower the overall cost of enrollment, so you can focus on what matters most: your child’s education and faith formation.
FAST Tuition Assistance
All need-based tuition assistance awards are anonymous. Tuition assistance is determined by FAST, a separate organization that collects and evaluates our financial aid applications. The board does not know the identity of the families receiving tuition assistance, which are only known by those directly involved with billing and collections.
Applications must be completed by April 15 of the upcoming school year.

Complete the application. (You will need complete tax info from previous year.)
The school will be notified once the application is complete.
The subcommittee will review applications and make recommendations to the school board.
The board anonymously appropriates available funds.
The applicant will be notified of the results.
Work Assistance
Parents may provide certain services in return for tuition reduction, including classroom cleaning, teacher’s aide work, playground duty, driving students to activities, etc.
To receive work assistance:
Speak with an administrator about your need for tuition assistance.
Discover which job opportunities are currently available.
Perform the work in a responsible and timely manner.
Scholarship Opportunity
The Wisdom and Virtue Scholarship exists to support our commitment to teach wisdom and virtue in all areas of life and community from a biblical perspective. It is available regardless of income and can be combined with tuition assistance if desired.
Scholarship details:
Income is not a determining factor.
Awarded scholarships are likely to be renewed annually.
Student must remain in good standing at Hope Christian Academy.

We accept a small amount of Title Funds, but we will not compromise the integrity of our mission or the independence of our school for any funds. The HCA School Board will evaluate any funds that would allow us to provide more affordable tuition on a case-by-case basis, but we will not compromise our commitment to teaching a biblical worldview in order to receive funds. Our ability to offer competitive tuition is the product of our commitment to stewarding our resources well.
